This was a funny family - these kids laughed the whole time I took their photos. I would say, "Now, ok guys...how about a serious face." or "Can you just look at me and smile?" They were so funny! But very easy to take pictures of - I even threw one in of their mom who also let me take a shot without complaining. I told her she would be happy later.

Marci and Trent - May 16th

My dear friend Marci graciously let me tag along and take pictures of her...Now for the whole lot of photos! I had so many favorites that it was very difficult for me to choose, and so...I narrowed it down to these 500. No, I'm kidding! On a more serious note, these photos hold some of my favorites - Marci was beautiful, easy, and wonderful to be around, she posed and posed and we kept shooting and shooting. Her husband said she "read to many bridal magazines" and we didn't care! They had a candlelight wedding, which was gorgeous! All varieties of candles, and "wispy" trees lined the inside of the church with a dessert reception to follow. Marci has been my friend for...hmmm...14 years! In highschool there were 4 of us best friends, and Marci is the last of us to be married. Be happy my friend, it's the best!

Hannah Elizabeth

Hannah is one of my younger sisters, and while she was visiting me from Washington, we went out and took some photos. Whenever any of my sisters or brother are around, we always ended up posing for a camera. Hannah is almost 13 now, it's so weird for me! It's weird to watch my younger siblings go through life, and sometimes I feel like I only pop in and out of it, and watch it through a key hole. But such is life when we live 12 hours away from each other!

Summer and Tyler's Wedding

Recently, I was invited by Ami Joiner to tag along as a second photographer for this Redding wedding. This was so exciting for me! I have known Summer and Tyler for a little over a year now, and have loved sharing in their relationship as they through their engagement and onto in their marriage. They are a beautiful, wonderful couple who many people adore and love to be around. Don't they look like Barbie and Ken dolls? Haha.
